Today is Tech Tuesday!  This week’s theme is “Moderating Technology Every Day.”  After the Tech Free Challenge week, it is our hope your family will want to continue limiting technology on a regular basis. While this is our last Tech Tuesday newsletter/email series, our school, and all the schools in the Diocese of Covington will continue working together to balance technology in our students’ lives. We hope you will continue to partner with us and participate in future technology initiatives as well. 

Below are links to the resources listed in this week’s newsletter:

• Wait Until 8th:  www.waituntil8th.org - This is a pledge program that you could encourage parents within your child’s friend group to participate in or bring to your child’s school.
• Family Media Plan:  AAP Media Plan – This is a planning tool offered by the American Academy of Pediatrics to help create a family media plan.
• Center for Humane Technology:  www.humanetech.com – This organization is working to encourage lawmakers to take action and create laws that will protect children from online harm.
• Tech Talk Tuesdays:  Tech Talk Tuesdays – This link will allow you to sign up for Tech Talk Tuesdays hosted by Doctor & Filmmaker, Delaney Ruston MD. This can continue your Tech learning every Tuesday directly to your inbox.
