CRUSADER OF THE WEEK
Mrs. Reding nominates Senior Connor McKinley for Crusader of the Week for AP Statistics.
"From the beginning of the school year, Connor has welcomed the challenges that come with learning statistics. Even though it is not a typical math class, he has shown good instincts and the ability to make connections between topics as the material builds. He provides the class with a positive energy as well as a steadfast and pragmatic approach to the work we do every day in class. Connor is a leader among his peers, especially when working together on small group quizzes. Thank you for making these first few weeks of AP Stats engaging and fun. Keep up the great work! Congratulations!"
Mr. Von Bokern nominates Junior Caden Kunstek for Crusader of the Week for AP Physics 1.
"Caden always has a smile on his face, participates in class, helps those around him, follows the classroom rules, and is never late to class or with his assignments. And to top it off, he gets it done while one - and sometimes two - of his arms are sporting one kind of sling or another. Congratulations, Caden! And Mr. VB is relieved that you are not in Fiddler on the Roof because, well, you know what they say to actors just before they go onstage . . ."

The art show is open from 5-7 pm on November 22nd and 23rd, immediately followed by the performance of Fiddler!
On Monday, November 11th, Saint Henry District High School will honor our local military veterans for Veterans Day 2024. This is an invitation to veterans who are family members or friends of our students and staff. Our celebration will start at 1:45 in the auditorium. This year, SHDHS is excited to host our guest speaker: Diocese Superintendent of Schools Kendra McGuire.
To make this event a success, we need the names of veterans who would like to attend this celebration. A veteran is any military personnel who has or is currently serving our country in any Armed Forces branch.
St. Henry District High School is very excited about this event as our students wish to acknowledge the devotion and sacrifice our men and women have given to our country.
Please contact Mr. Wyatt ([email protected]) to make a reservation using the following information: Name of Veteran – Branch of the Military – Years of Service & Student Contact at SHDHS.
