CRUSADER OF THE WEEK

Mr. Trame nominates Freshman Adelynn Washnock for Crusader of the Week for Physical Education.
"Adalynn Washnock's performance in Freshmen Physical Education class was exemplary in every sense of the word. Each and every day, Adalynn brought an exceptional attitude, work ethic, teachability, and not just a willingness, but an eagerness to help the class by any means possible. Adalynn was a dynamic and active participant in the weight room and on the fields of play in all activities. She demonstrated high level leadership and communication skills in her interactions with her peers and her teacher. Best of all, she showed up each day with a smile on her face and a desire to be the consummate Crusader. Congratulations Adalynn Washnock!!!"
Mr. Denning nominates Senior Nora Ernst for Crusader of the Week for AP Computer Science A.
"Nora has been a delight to have in class this year. She came into AP Computer Science A after a self-study of introductory programming and has worked diligently throughout the year to continue building her programming capability. Her effort is particularly noticeable during group work when she offers ideas for next steps and helps to analyze what code examples and attempts are doing. Though her contributions may fly under the radar, Nora is an integral part of class and I am glad to get to see her continue to improve for the next semester. Congratulations, Nora!"
