We are excited to share and celebrate our many students who earned Latin Honors Level of Distinction for the 2025 Fall Semester.
https://shdhs.org/latin-honors/

It is our pleasure to recognize Toni Lehan as the 2025-2026 St. Henry District High School Crusader Champion.
Toni has been at SHDHS for seven years and is an alumna of the class of 1985. During her years at SHDHS, she has served as Administrative Assistant to the Principal and Office Manager, and is currently the Director of Advancement and Enrollment. When Toni arrived at SHDHS in the fall of 2019, little did she realize the world would shut down just seven months into her new role. During that time, her colleagues and students saw firsthand the care, compassion, and dedication she has for SHDHS.
Toni has an unparalleled passion for our students and families at SHDHS. She is an incredibly hardworking person who is always looking for ways to improve our school. She works tirelessly to ensure that our students and families feel welcomed, supported, and cherished.
She is an incredible example of the quote from Saint Mother Teresa, which says, “The talents God has given you are not yours – they have been given to you for your use, for the glory of God. There can be no half-measures in the work.” Thank you, Toni, for being a champion of Faith, an example of Cru Grit, and for your incredible dedication to St. Henry District High School.

On Thursday, thirteen sisters and missionaries from five Northern Kentucky orders came for our annual Catholic School Week “Celebrating Vocations” Mass. Campus Ministry leaders had the chance to connect and ask them questions at a small reception following Mass!

Congratulations to the SHDHS Academic Team, District Governor's Cup Champs!
The Quick Recall team dominated their event, winning all of their matches. Luke Jankowski, the team captain, led the team, which included Aneesh Sehgal, Samuel Haubner, Noah Von Handorf, Maggie Aasen, and Lucas Burton.
In individual competition, the CRU brought home 9 Top Five placements: Samuel Haubner, 1st Place in Science; Luke Jankowski, 1st Place in Social Studies and 3rd Place in Arts & Humanities; Ethan Lubbers, 5th Place in Language Arts; Brynlee Rice, 4th Place in Composition; Aneesh Sehgal, 2nd Place in Math and 4th Place in Social Studies; and Noah Von Handorf, 3rd Place in Social Studies and 4th Place in Science. Finally, on the General Knowledge test, Aneesh earned 1st Place, and Samuel tied for 3rd Place.
All of these students will continue on to the Regional Competition in February.

JUNIOR PARENTS - INDIVIDUAL POST-SECONDARY PLANNING MEETINGS
Beginning in January and continuing through the end of March, individual Post-Secondary Planning Meetings will be offered to every junior student and their family. Your in-person conference will be scheduled for 45 minutes during the school day.
During the in-person meeting, we will discuss post-secondary options for each student to consider. Topics will include, but are not limited to the following: 2026-2027 course requests, transcripts, standardized testing, college essays, student activities list, and letter(s) of recommendation.
We understand that some juniors will need to miss class for this meeting. Before families schedule an appointment, students must request permission from their teacher(s) to miss part of a class period or an entire class period. If a student has a quiz or test, has been frequently absent from class, or has a failing grade, teachers reserve the right to deny the request.
To schedule your individual college-planning conference, please visit the calendar of College and Career Advisor Billy Sarge to find available times during school hours. If you have any questions, please email bsarge@shdhs.org or call 859.525.0255 x 2823.
