Dear Parents and Students,

We are approaching the final deadline for the Cru $10K Raffle, and we want to share an important update.

Our schoolwide goal is to sell 2,700 tickets, and we are currently about 420 tickets short. All tickets must be sold by Thursday morning at 9:00 AM in order to be included in the drawing.

As a reminder, if we reach or exceed 2,700 tickets sold, the school will earn a day off in March. If we do not reach 2,700 tickets, we will not have that day off.

In past years, grade levels that met their individual goal of an average of 5 tickets per student were still able to earn the day off, even if the schoolwide goal was not met. However, at this time, no grade level is close to meeting that benchmark. The closest is the sophomore class, where 100 of the 160 students have sold a total of 684 tickets, which is 85.5% of their 800-ticket goal.  (Juniors-84.68%, Freshmen-77.78%, Seniors-76%)

Regarding individual incentives:

• 165 students have earned OOUMAY
• 43 students have sold 5–9 tickets
• 113 students have sold 1–4 tickets
• 191 students have not sold any tickets yet

It is important to note that this raffle, along with our other major fundraisers such as A Crusader Knight of Giving and the Annual Appeal, plays a vital role in supporting the school’s operating budget. These efforts help fund programs, resources, and daily operations that tuition alone does not fully cover. The success of these fundraisers allows us to continue providing the high-quality educational experience our families expect while helping to keep tuition as affordable as possible.

This is the final opportunity to reach our goal. Every ticket sold makes a difference, and we encourage all students to make one last push.
