CRUSADER OF THE WEEK
Ms. Kaiser nominates Freshman Karissa Schmidt for Crusader of the Week for Health.
It has been a delight getting to know Karissa this semester in health class. She is always a student who enters the classroom prepared and ready to go to work, and she does just that. Karissa responds in class discussions and can be seen as a leader in her behavior & academic success, showing integrity & greatness and being honest & trustworthy. She continues to have a high average and is a pleasure to have in health class."
Mrs. Coronado nominates Freshman Audra Stich for Crusader of the Week for Spanish 1.
"It is hard to choose just one student out of all the great Crusaders. However, since day one, Audra has shown interest and enthusiasm to learn Spanish and update her teacher with modern ways to speak English, which is totally rad. Thank you, Ana, for always being thoughtful, kind, and diligent in your work."

LENTEN FUNDRAISING EVENT
Our Lenten Fundraising Event for USA with Ukraine and Mary's Meals began this week! Students are encouraged to bring monetary donations to their religion class for five weeks and compete with other class periods. Each religion teacher has different weekly incentives for the class period with the most money collected! The grade level with the most money donated will win an out-of-uniform on March 27. If each student brings in $2-3, we can raise $2,000 for these two amazing agencies. If you want to learn more about what they do, check out their websites below.
