
Dear Crusader Families,
Welcome to another exciting year at St. Henry District High School! We hope that your family is settling in and getting ready for a great school year.
As part of our mission to provide the best possible education and experience for our students, we rely on fundraising efforts to bridge the financial gap between tuition and the many extras that make SHDHS special. To support this, we have one major fundraiser, the Cru Bid and Bash event, that includes three raffles throughout the year that are crucial to our school’s success:
- Bourbon Raffle
- Gift Card Raffle
- 10K Raffle
- Cru Bid and Bash Event in March
At this time, we are focusing on our Bourbon Raffle, which is coming up in soon. This is one of our most popular events, drawing participation from outside our community. However, we currently need more donations, with only a few bottles of high-end bourbon collected. To make this event successful, we seek donations from high-end bourbon companies such as Pappy Van Winkle, Weller, or other premium brands. Your in-kind donations will directly impact the quality and success of our raffles, helping us raise the funds needed to provide the exceptional programs and experiences that make our school so special.
Your generosity in supporting these fundraisers helps fund crucial programs, activities, and resources that tuition alone does not cover. From technology upgrades to extracurricular activities, these events allow us to offer the best possible environment for your children to learn and grow.
Here’s how you can help:

Donate high-end bourbon: We are seeking donations of high-end bourbon for our upcoming raffle. Your contribution can make a big difference!
