Dear St. Henry District High School Families, Alumni, and Friends, As you may know, Hurricane Milton has caused widespread devastation in Florida, leaving many families in urgent need. Together, we can make a difference! Aaron Gumz (SHDHS Parent, Crusader Youth League President) is heading to Florida with a U-Haul and tractor this weekend to assist in the clean-up efforts, and we need your help to fill the truck with essential supplies before he departs. Our goal is to fill the truck by Friday night, October 11th. Aaron will be leaving early Saturday morning, around 4 AM, and the sooner he is load up, the sooner he can get to Florida to help. He has also created an Amazon donation wish list for supplies that can be delivered for future trips. How You Can Help:
For a full list of needed items, please refer to the Emergency Disaster Relief Supply List: Supply List Drop-Off Details:
Prefer to Donate Money? These funds will be used to purchase more supplies and deliver them to those in need. Continued Support: While Aaron is leaving this weekend, they will continue making weekly deliveries to Florida as long as there are supplies to deliver. If enough donations come in, they will increase the frequency of trips to ensure that every family in need gets help as quickly as possible.
Let’s come together to show the strength and generosity of the St. Henry community in supporting Florida families affected by this disaster.
